It has been great working with Cat, she initially sat down with me to understand what did I want to achieve on the website and her opinion on it. Also, what was doable to be done with the budget I had... and leaving a few hours of budget available for follow-up in a few weeks to check how the changes have helped organic traffic. From our first conversation, I felt immediately that I was in 'safe hands'. Initially, Cat asked me questions relating to my requirements and through that conversation we had a better understanding of... eachother and developed my website ideas further. The way she presented the initial options to me for my home page was a fantastic initiative, showing me several alternatives based on my requirements and we worked through each option step by step, ultimately saving time and minimising unnecessary changes.
