They oversold what they could do, and offered little to no assistance to get to my end result. They created two blogs for me, which I did not request and deleted....

I hate giving bad reviews.....The job wasn't bad but I stopped and they kept downgrading and charging me for more than 6 months. finally had to contact my bank. this is terrible business practice and I... contact them multiple times only for them to say they will get back to me.

It was all pretty easy--like it should be. It feels nice to know that I can ask for additional help if I need it--but Wix is very user friendly so far. Much superior to where I came from. Thanks for the... help!

I interviewed several companies in the hopes of establishing a greater online presence and a marketing plan. PIMM #1 was by far the most impressive. Ari gave me an incredible education and presented... me with a plan that I could understand and was suited for my business. At no point did I feel I was the subject of a sales pitch. In fact, options were presented to me that took into account both the nature of my business and the budget allocated towards internet marketing. I also feel quite secure that the team assigned to my marketing campaign, SEO, and site design will be easily accessible and attentive to my needs. Nice job!! Really looking forward to working with them.

Monica picked up on my needs and preferences early in the project. She envisioned a way to access previous Wix blog postings in the context of my new website. Also, she helped define business transactions... in terms of Wix website capabilities.
I appreciated her help in reaching out to Wix support for getting a refund in the course of making the transition to my new website. Her approach helped me understand not only the transaction but also my new capabilities.

I am an attorney starting a new practice in the state of Tennessee. I had a law practice in Florida for about 17 years. I have experience with other vendors building websites and SEO. As for Pimm, only... the website has been completed so far. Jessica Savino was my web designer. Jessica listened to me and provided valuable input and insight for my website. I would highly recommend her. As for the SEO and other provided services, we are still working on those. The experience with Danny, as my account manager, has been positive. Danny is responsive, listens, then takes action. He gets an A+ in this regard.

My initial experience with PIMM and Ari was great! Ari listened to my ideas and requests and understood exactly what I was looking for. He gave me options and helped me walk through the different steps... in a way that made me feel understood and welcomed.
