They closed hard for the $1000 retainer. After a few weeks, Vertical Guru was not able to get the shipping cost to display in the shopping cart. Costly paypal fees incurred when purchases transactions were refunded. Based on $150 per hour, the retainer was exhausted before solving the problem. Vertical Gura started pushing for the monthly maintenance which we did not proceed with. The programmer was trying to be helpful but simply didn't have the experience as a WIX expert to set up the shopping cart and payment process correctly....

Henry, I am sorry you feel that we did not do the job you hired us for. The facts are we have. You were clearly advised that it is a RETAINER invoice and you pay as you go. You were explained that your request needed custom development which we did, and you needed to pay additional fees for our developer's work and you did not want to do that. That is when we offered you a flat monthly management fee to save you money but you did not want to do that either. All paperwork confirms same....
