Arrogant. Non supporting and they actually have guts to blackmail customer by not handing over the work inspite of full payment. They actually ask for a five star review post full payment and before transferring the site. Avoid this firm....

Dear Sir, This notice addresses your false and malicious Google comments made despite receiving and approving all services as per contract. Records show your project request was initially cancelled due to budget limits, but later accepted at your repeated requests with a discounted invoice and clearly stated terms. Three drafts were delivered, approved, and paid in stages, and the site was handed over on Nov 11, 2025, with full owner responsibility. After transfer, you damaged the site through your own edits, as confirmed by Wix logs and your own admission. Despite this, our team provided complimentary support, during which you repeatedly behaved abusively and made threats toward staff. Your later attempt to reverse your acknowledgements and post defamatory remarks is unacceptable. We hold complete evidence and will proceed legally unless these statements are withdrawn....
