The team has initiated my website in a timely manner, we spoke and agreed to the template and design and I feel confident that the site will meet my needs and will be visually appealing and useful.


Zero stars for Zoek. We hired them because Wix endorsed them as one of the best, and it’s been nothing short of an abhorrent nightmare. Missed deadlines, horrible communication, broken feedback technology, and laughably amateur design. We’re now forced to finish the site ourselves after paying for a rush service to meet a deadline. All the low star reviews on Google, believe them. Save your money, time, sanity, avoid this company at all costs. Wix should be ashamed for  recommending them.

I am beyond disappointed.  And to think Wix recommended these people.  Shame on them and shame on Wix.  I thought I was hiring a team of professionals.  What I got was something of a bungling keystone cops act.   They have taken my money and have lost my trust.  I am going to seek a refund, but who knows how this will work out.  Anyway, Zoek, never again. Never again! 

They were thorough in letting me know the problems with my SEO and website and helped me develop a plan for addressing these issues.

Alejandra and her team communicate very well. Two Zoom calls were scheduled when there was uncertainty on what I was looking to do to make sure they understood me. Measure twice, cut once.
