Work out what your staff earned without a spreadsheet. Staff Pay Calculator reads your confirmed bookings and applies your pay rules: fixed pay, commission, an hourly rate, a rate per session and a rate per participant, alone or combined. Pick a period and see each person's total, then open it to check every session with its hours, participants, price and pay. Give someone a different rate for one service, or assign a rate to many staff members and services at once. A class counts as one session however many people join, course sessions come from your calendar, and bookings marked as no-show aren't paid unless you choose. Bookings without an order use the service price and are marked, so you always see how an amount was calculated. Export the report to CSV on the paid plan. The result is an estimate to check before you pay anyone: the app doesn't calculate taxes or send payments. It doesn't store or show your clients' details.
