Automatio lets you build simple automated flows for your sales follow-up inside your own site. Each flow has a trigger, an optional amount condition and the actions you choose: send an email, write a reply with AI, add a label to the contact, send a message to the contact's inbox conversation, assign the lead or create a task. Flows start on their own with events from the Atlas sales pipeline (CRM): a lead is created, changes stage, is won or is lost. Before you turn a flow on, run a test with one of your own contacts and see the result of every step. AI agents keep a role and written instructions, such as an admissions or customer care assistant. Choose an agent in any AI step so the replies follow its tone, and try it with a sample question before using it. Every run, including tests and agent trials, is saved to a log with its result, trigger, duration and the detail of each step. The automations already set up on your site are listed for reference. Automatio installs the free Atlas engine, which keeps your data in your own site. The interface is in Spanish.
