Stop approving every new member by hand. Add the email addresses you expect, and people on your list are approved as soon as they sign up and confirm their email. Everyone else waits for you in one list, where you can approve or block many at once. Made for classes, private communities, staff and client portals, and clubs that approve members by hand. No code needed. Type addresses one per line or import a CSV, checked before anything is added, and test any address first. Pro approves whole domains, such as everyone @school.edu, with lists of thousands of addresses, and marks addresses from 9,000+ disposable domains. Nobody gets in just by typing an address from your list: they must confirm they own it. Blocking only touches people still pending and asks first. A missed signup is picked up on the next signup or when you open the waiting list. The free plan approves up to 25 listed addresses, with bulk approve and block. Pro adds domains and longer lists. Try Pro free for 14 days. Good to know: it works when signups are set to "Only people I approve" and new members confirm their email. People who signed up before you turned it on wait for you, like anyone not on your list.
