Paid orders to a Yayoi or freee import CSV in a few clicks
Separate rows and tax per rate: 10%, reduced 8%, shipping
Check totals before download; no buyer names in the CSV
Typing a shop's monthly sales into accounting software by hand takes time, and splitting by tax rate and rounding is easy to get wrong. This app is designed to reduce that typing. On a dashboard page you choose a period, and your paid orders become a journal CSV in the Yayoi import format (Shift-JIS) or a transaction-import CSV for freee (UTF-8 with BOM).
Items, shipping and fees such as cash-on-delivery go on separate rows, with tax split between 10% and the reduced 8%. Account and tax-category names can be matched to your accounting software, and the period can follow the purchase or payment date. Payment fees are not in the order data, so an estimated row is added only if you enter a rate.
Before you download, the page shows the order count, sales per tax rate and the first rows, so you can check the numbers before importing. Buyers' names and addresses are not included in the CSV, and the file is created in your browser. The free plan covers up to 20 orders per month; the Pro plan has no limit. See the pricing table for the price. The screen is in Japanese.
