File Requests turns the endless email chase for client documents into a single link. Create a request for a client, describe what you need, add a due date if it helps, and share the link from your own site. Your client opens it, drops their files in, and confirms when they are finished - no account to create, nothing to install, and no attachment limits to work around. Everything arrives in your dashboard as it happens. Each request shows whether you are still waiting, whether the client is running late, and exactly which files came in, while the files themselves are stored in your own site's Media Manager in a folder named for that client. Nothing is copied to an outside service, so your documents stay where they belong. Optional password protection suits sensitive material such as tax records, contracts, and identification documents, which makes the app a natural fit for accountants, bookkeepers, lawyers, designers, and any studio that collects material before starting work. The free plan covers three open requests at a time, enough to run a real workflow before deciding whether unlimited requests are worth it.
