Verifactu by Truewidgets helps online shops in Spain issue Verifactu invoices for the Spanish tax agency (AEAT). When an order is paid, the app prepares a simplified invoice, or a full invoice when the buyer gives a tax ID (NIF) or the total is above the simplified limit. Invoices are numbered in separate series and sent to the AEAT through Verifacti, an AEAT social collaborator. Buyers receive a PDF by email with the QR code, and refunds create a linked corrective invoice. You can explore the app in test mode, where invoices go only to the AEAT's test environment and have no legal effect. Real invoices are available on paid plans after you sign an authorization for the AEAT. The dashboard shows each invoice with its AEAT status, lets you download PDFs and resend emails, exports a monthly CSV for your accountant and highlights orders that may need attention. The app is intended for businesses under the common Spanish VAT system. It isn't suited to SII filers or to businesses in the Basque Country, Navarra, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, and it doesn't replace advice from a tax professional.
