Medica is a clinic management dashboard that runs inside your website. It brings appointments, patient records, treatments and visit charges together, so your team can work from one screen. Each patient has a profile with clinical history, notes, documents and a timeline of visits, payments and treatments. You can design your own clinical history and consent forms or start from the included templates. Patients can sign on screen, and each signed document is stored with a seal that helps reveal later changes. Appointments are organized by doctor and room based on your booking availability. Treatment plans and session packages can be paid in installments, and each session can be linked to an appointment. Each appointment keeps its order, balance and payments, so you can record cash, card terminal or transfer payments or share a payment link. Supply inventory and point of sale are separate apps (Inventarium and Mercatus) that use the same data on your site. A built-in AI assistant can answer questions about your clinic's data and help with routine tasks. Medica installs the free Atlas engine, which stores your data in your own site. The interface is in Spanish.
