Booking Ready is a readiness dashboard for reception teams. Before each appointment or class, review today's bookings and check whether the membership, intake form or waiver requirements configured for that service are met. Find bookings by customer name or ID, filter READY / NOT READY, and use your business time zone. Review the membership applied to each booking and the status of required forms or waivers. Set rules for each service. The interface is available in English and Spanish. If a requirement or membership link cannot be verified, the booking stays NOT READY and needs manual review. READY reflects configured checks at query time; it does not authorize entry or assess a document's legal validity. Booking Ready is a pre-session review tool, not a check-in app. It does not modify bookings, plans or forms.
