Add a waitlist form to your service page for fully booked services
Customers confirm by email before they are added to the waitlist
When a booking is canceled, matching customers get an email
See who is waiting, filter by status or service, mark as booked
When a service is fully booked, let customers join a waitlist right on the service page instead of leaving. They enter their name, email, an optional date range and a note, and agree to receive an email about openings. Each sign-up is confirmed by email first. The customer opens the link in the confirmation email and presses Confirm on your service page, and only then are they added to the waitlist. When a booking for that service is canceled, the app emails the confirmed customers who are waiting for it and whose date range covers the opened slot, oldest sign-up first, up to 50 people per opening at once. Customers stay on the waitlist until you mark them as booked or remove them, so they also hear about later openings. In your dashboard you see everyone who is waiting, filter by status or service, see how many times each customer was notified, and mark a customer as booked or remove them. The emails are sent by your site's Automations, and you can edit their text. Waitlist entries are saved in your site's CMS and contacts, and we do not store your customers' data. The sign-up form and the dashboard are available in English and Japanese. The emails are in English.
